USBiomax Provides IHC and ISH customer services
The immunohistochemistry (IHC) and in situ hybridization (ISH) services are provided to customers with specific needs for the tissue array experiments. These analyses are performed to localize the protein/gene of interest by using customer-supplied antibodies, DNA fragments or oligonucleotides on normal and diseased human tissues selected from USBiomax's tissue array bank. These services are highly cost-effective and conducted to the highest standards to assist you in understanding function of your genes/proteins or in identification and validation of your potential diagnostic and therapeutic targets. The results are presented as a publishable, detailed pathology report accompanied by high-resolution digital photographs.

Custom tissue microarray design
You may design your own tissue arrays by selecting individual clinical cases(up to 600 individual specimens) from USBiomax' s tissue bank. Those selected and pathologically confirmed tissues are arrayed on the slide as you desire and ready for your experiments. Current tissue array formats (total dots of tissue on one slide, horizontal X vertical arraying) available for human clinical specimens include: 72 dots (9x8), 63 dots (9x7) and 54 dots (9x6). Animal tissue array formats include 200 dots (10x10, two arrays on one slide) and 100 dots (10x10, one slide)
